• I booked the retreat on a bit of a whim, but my goodness it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. When I reached the little house in Kintra, I was feeling a little lost, apprehensive and I was almost confused as to what I was doing there. Something very wonderful happened to me during that week, and I can’t quite explain it. I’ve arrived back home feeling like all the little pieces that had been missing, have finally been put back where they belong. I just needed to go and collect them, one day at a time, from Mull. My half filled glass is now brim full. I really can’t recommend Isle of Mull Yoga enough ❤️.

    I am left with happy memories, much improved yoga practice and huge benefits from meditation and mindfulness.

  • Thank You Zoe and Liliana from the bottom of my heart for a week that surpassed any expectations, I could have had for a yoga retreat. I will carry this week with me always. So for those reading this who are thinking of treating themselves to a week under Zoe’s care - go for it!

    It’s hard to put into words how special the week was so here’s a little summary: Thoughtful and encouraging instruction in hatha yoga that is totally personal and geared to your own abilities. A kind and supportive atmosphere. Introduction to mindfulness meditations. An environment where you can really open up about yourself and maybe push your boundaries physically and emotionally (I know I did - new postures, new experiences - especially the wild sea swimming in cold sea! Amazing!). Incredible food cooked by our own personal chef! An incredible sailing trip on a wooden boat built in the 1930s to a secluded cove. Time for reflection and gentle walks. And so much more! I came to this retreat feeling burnt out from work and I left feeling completely reenergised. I don’t know what else to say except thank you and hopefully see you again soon xx

  • Another fantastic retreat with Zoe... it’s easy to see why so many people come time and again. Zoe is a very knowledgeable teacher, easily able to adapt the practice to your particular needs/body. She really focuses on the safe practice of yoga and the effects run deep. To top it all off, she is friendly, funny and a joy to spend time with... we all had such fun during our afternoon diversions too! Can’t wait for the next one 💖🕉💖

I attended the yoga retreat on the 1st of October for 1 week. It was honestly one of the best weeks of my life! I set off from Fife in the early hours of the 1st to get to Oban to catch the ferry to the Isle of Mull, then had approx. an hour’s drive to the house. As soon as I walked in and was greeted by Zoe and Liliana, I knew for sure that I had made the right decision. Zoe and Liliana are so welcoming, I really did feel at home for the week. Add in Anna, the awesome chef that cooked our meals every day – I did not want to come home!
The other women that were guests on the retreat were lovely, we have kept in touch since returning home.
The daily yoga sessions were amazing. Anyone doing yoga at any level would love this. They adapt the moves if something isn’t right for you. There is so much care in each move to ensure you are getting the most out of it.

Everyday after lunch we went out for an activity, this ranged from long walks, sea swimming, boat trip (on a proper sail boat!) and a trip on the ferry over to Iona. You have the option of going or doing your own thing.

I came home feeling so refreshed – physically and mentally. I will definitely go back. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Beautiful location, beautiful home for the week, beautiful food, beautiful yoga and what topped it off was the beautiful women that ran the retreat. Thank you so much, Zoe, Liliana and Anna! I’m looking forward to seeing you all again.
